OWDiscovery

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

OWDiscovery is a brand of Osten Welt LLC, 8735 Dunwoody Place, Ste 13808, Atlanta, GA 30350, USA ("we"). This page covers owdiscovery.com and how we contact businesses about our services. Partners who use the Partner Hub have their own privacy notice inside the Hub. Questions or requests: [email protected].

The short version

  • If you write to us, we use what you send only to answer you and talk about working together.
  • We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for ads.
  • If you'd rather not hear from us, tell us once and we won't contact you again.
  • You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

What we collect

If you just visit: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies. The site loads fonts from Google, so Google receives your IP address and browser type when the page loads. We don't use advertising trackers.

If you use the contact form: your name, email, business name, the plan you're interested in and your message. To block spam and bots we use a hidden field, a timer and Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile checks your browser and IP address to tell people from bots, and Cloudflare handles that under its own privacy policy. We do not keep your IP address.

or the 'Get your proposal' form: your answers to our questions, your name, business name, email and anything you add. We keep them in our customer system and use them to prepare and send your proposal.

If you arrived from one of our links or ads, we also note which one, so we know what works.

If we contact your business: we may reach out to local businesses about our services. For that, we keep the business's name, its public contact details and website, and notes about our conversations. We find them from public sources such as the business's own website, Google listing or social media profiles, and referrals.

If we send you a proposal presentation: Some of our replies include a link to a presentation made for your business. When it's opened, we see when the link is opened, which slides are viewed and for how long, so we can follow up on what interests you. The link carries a random code, never your name or email, so we see visits to the link, not who is holding it. We also keep anonymous totals across all our presentations, to learn what works. If you'd rather we didn't see your visits, write to [email protected] and we'll stop the same day; after that we keep only anonymous totals.

If you answer the questions in the presentation, your answers go to our team and the tools we use to prepare your proposal, including AI tools, and to no one else. We use them only to write your proposal and follow up with you.

We keep this while we're talking. A proposal closes when it's signed or declined, or after 90 days with no activity, and we erase what we recorded within 30 days after that, unless you become a client. If you tell us "no thanks" or ask us to delete it, we erase it and keep only your email on our do-not-contact list. We don't use advertising trackers on the presentation, and we never sell or share what we see.

If you email or message us: your contact details and what you send.

How we use it

To reply, set up a call, send a proposal you asked for, and keep a record of our conversations with you. Nothing else.

Who helps us

  • Cloudflare hosts the website, runs the contact form and counts visits.
  • Resend delivers form messages to our email.
  • Cloudflare forwards the email you send us, and Google (Gmail) hosts the inbox that receives it. Apple (iCloud) hosts some of our team's mailboxes.
  • Supabase hosts our internal customer system, which keeps records of businesses we talk to.
  • Anthropic's Claude, an AI tool, helps our team read your answers and prepare your proposal.

They handle your information only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Messages and notes about businesses we talk to: up to 2 years after our last contact (including the email in our inbox), unless you become a client, in which case your agreement and the Partner Hub's notice apply. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep only your email (or a coded version of it) on a do-not-contact list, so we never reach out again.

Your choices and rights

  • Stop hearing from us: reply to any message from us, or write to [email protected], and we won't contact you again.
  • Delete your information: write to [email protected]. We delete it from our inbox, records and customer system within 30 days and tell you when it's done. We keep only the do-not-contact entry, if you asked us to stop contacting you.
  • See or correct it: write to us and we'll answer within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, your state's law may give you more rights, and we will honor those requests too.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
